Christmas Dinner Baked chicken is an important story for me because we always ate it with my family when I lived in my country Honduras. I remember that my mother used to cook it for Christmas and New Year's dinner, now I asked her about the ingredients, maybe one day I'll be encouraged to cook it because it tastes too good, although I don't know how to cook it and I won't give it the flavor that she did, but maybe try it someday. Now that I'm here, I miss that because it was something that was always done in my family and Christmas here is not the same as it is celebrated there.
