baby dress

This dress had started to be a tradition to my family. My great grandmother hand made the red dress for many aunt who was a baby at the time. Heather, my aunt, then put the dress on my mother. The dress was pasted trough the line of girls until recently my little cousin wryn wore it this christmas. this was the first time I was around to see someone wear it. The dress is velvet red with lace lining. The dress is very delicate and we hope it will last for many more generations. It was very neat it find out that it has fit every girl on their one year old christmas. The dress has survived many sloppy encounters which just makes for more memories. On the day the baby will be wearing the dress she would have some pictures taken then if she wants to open presents in the dress she can. The dress gets very hot, they will probably not like to wear it for very long.  It is a very important step in my family because it symbolizes growth and love. We will continue to carry down the traditions of this christmas dress for as long as we can and try to pick up some on the way.
