Angel tree toper
My family and I have moved multiple times before we landed here in Salem. We originally lived in Grove City, Ohio (where I was born), then moved to Campbellsville, Kentucky when I was two years old, then moved here to Salem when I was seven years old. While in Kentucky, I went to a private school for three years called Kentucky Christian Academy. In preschool there, we made tree toppers out of toilet paper rolls. The tree topper has feather wings, a foam head with a pipe cleaner halo, and is made to look like an angel. This tree topper has traveled with us on our move from Kentucky to Virginia. The angel is very fragile and my mom stores it very carefully with the Christmas decorations. This angel is one of the very few things that have traveled with us over the years. Every year at Christmas, my brother and I argue over who gets to put it on the tree. The angel is very special to my family because it reminds us of all the places we’ve lived.
