This picture is of my great-grandparents’ wedding. The picture is 4x6, not quite black and white but dark, tinted and worn. I’m sure it has traveled through some parts of the United States and now stays at my grandma’s house. My Nona was from Italy, and my great grandpa was a United States soldier. This photo is a huge topic in my family because there is a little girl in the picture that looks identical to me as a child, but nobody knows who she is. When my siblings saw it for the first time, they automatically thought it was me but then realized what the picture was and obviously it would’ve been impossible considering my grandma wasn’t even born yet. My aunt thinks she was reincarnated and believes I was too because of this. Even my Nona before she passed didn’t know who she was, so it remains a mystery. I would really like to find out who she is; this picture is important to me because it’s my family origin on my dad’s side. We just found this picture roughly 6 years ago, and it still bugs me to this day that I don’t know who this little girl is.
