Wheat field

Relationship: Child of im/migrant

Mexico, is full of landscape in which this shows about immigration because this field belonged to my grandfather’s whom he had a family of thirteen children. It all started off with a dream, my grandpa knowing that he had to feed his family, he needed a way to get money so he come to the United States to find a job so that he can buy the land. He was able to provide his family with the food and shelter they needed by working hard in his field. He was able to provide his family with the food and shelter they needed by working hard in his field. With this land he will be able to stay with his family in Mexico and still provide the money to feed his family. When my grandpa finally got the land, he took my uncles at a young age to help him in the field and with this experience they learned the value of hard work. Having the example of his father my dad became a hard working man and has worked really hard to be where he is at right now. Not only that but just like my grandfather he makes sure his family has the food and shelter they need to have a good life. My dad has taught me I need to work hard to achieve what I want and this field symbolizes the value of hard work which will be passed on for generations.
